Description

Formats non-alpha character currencies for hledger's prices journal
(e.g., "1INCH", "USDC.e", etc.)

MUST re-fetch respective prices for respective years.

NOTE: unlike #202 , this is specific to the prices impl in fetch.

⚠️HOLD: before merging, there is a bug in parsing '.' character and only produces one day of prices. The issue likely exists on the bash side of things because a debug shows that php is returning the entire year.

NOTE: The above issue appears to be entirely upstream. Unix timestamps actually show that they are returning 1 entry per 1 minute instead of 1 entry per 5 minutes (per year) and only 1000 entries, for this specific contract and chain ( fetch price="arbitrum:0xff970a61a04b1ca14834a43f5de4533ebddb5cc8/USDC.e" api=mobula).
