* bump mempool to v2.5.0

* bump mempool to v2.5.0

* add mempool Lightning Explorer Support

just for local testing so far. Hopefully thats how it can be done.

* bump mariadb to 10.11

as there is no Dockerfile folder for just 10.

* fix strange docker-compose boolean problem

* rpc-file-mode=0666 for c-lightning socket

beware that this change is a risk when run outside a container.

* hopefully fix writable cache dir error

* remove mempool_api_datadir cache folder

* enable lightning for gui of mempool

* fix typo

* try readonly.macraoon instead of admin

* correct REST API URL and port

* fixed LND_REST Proto to http; increased LND_TIMEOUT because of errors on RPI
