Qt: make display of lists more stable.

Use refresh_row() for address, utxo and contact lists.
Replace unneeded calls to update_tabs() with refresh_tabs()
Fix right-click menu after selecting multiple addresses.

Qt MyTreeView: rm usages of Qt.UserRole, use explicit roles instead

This is a bit more verbose but it explicitly shows what data is being
used where.
Also rm implicitly setting editable_columns based on stretch_column.

AppImage: Fix webbrowser.open not opening links
...
There was an issue where webbrowser.open would invoke a program like
kde-open5 that loaded the systems libQt5DBus, which was not satisfied
with the AppImage's libdbus. To fix this we fork the process, unset
LD_LIBRARY_PATH and then open the URL.
