Jeff Vandrew Jr	0b9e427101	Fix LibrePatron Lightning Bug ... LibrePatron had a bug where it did not properly handle IPNs on certain lightning payments, due to differences in the way BTCPay sends on-chain vs lightning IPNs. This update fixes that bug.
