The dynamic image didn't play nicely with the build helper, so it was
removed in favour of only supporting the Electrum variant for now.

After digging around the codebase I Removed what I think are duplicates and a old RTL version

Also I think the docker-gen generator needs to be double checked for bugs!! as this shouldn't happen..
