Move Traefik labels to services files ( #731 )

* Upgraded Traefik to 2.5.
* Added paths routes for some services.
* Removed not needed files copying.
* Updated README.
* Added new config.
* Fixed services paths.
* Fixed btctransmuter rule.
* Changed log level.
* Upgraded Traefik.
* Changed true values to strings to improve compatibility.
* Removed services configs from traefik.yml.
