* add phoenixd fragment

* define phoenixd as lightning implementation

* add btcpayserver section and hardcoded api password

* set correct phoenix datadir

* remove phoenixd->btcpayserver dependency

* use phoenixd 0.6.0

* added phoenix-cli scripts
